Helsinki

The famous Senate Square in the center of the Finnish capital is surrounded by government buildings, the university, the cathedral and the Sederholm House. The players ́ task is to design the market on the Senate Square. Through cards from the display, they receive pavilion tiles and build them on their Senate Square tableau. When covering certain spaces on the tableau they gain special abilities which can be used during the game. Building the pavilion tiles in clever ways and using the abilities at the right time will make you the winner of Helsinki.
